how i bake out my love for taiwan :)
these cookies are perfect to dunk in some hot tea/coffee/milk/milktea!
the “boba” are simply dark chocolate chips. everything else is made of dough. taiwan tastes like matcha green tea. i used edible gel coloring for the other dough colors. base dough is vanilla & almond flavored.
taiwan cookie cutter is a special find from cheapcookiecutters.com! i got the tiny heart cutter in a set of 3 heart cutters at hobby lobby. boba cookies were cut using a small paring knife.
